Brioni brings over a decade of luxury hospitality experience to Simha Developments, having worked with Michelin-recognised restaurants and 5-star hotels, including Anantara and Avani, across the UK, Asia, and Australia. Her expertise in high-end service and design informs every development, ensuring homes that are functional, elegant, and thoughtfully crafted.
Passionate about sustainable living and community-focused design, she has lived at the Ahimsa Eco Farm in Rutland, UK, and other environmentally-conscious communities, championing projects that respect the land, value people, and foster harmonious neighbourhoods. At Simha Developments, Brioni applies this philosophy to create spaces built for purposeful living.
Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager
As the Director of Syndicate Property Development Ltd Dan Stiles is an experienced Quantity Surveyor an Project Manager with over 30 years of expertise in delivering complex commercial, residential, and public sector projects.
His extensive portfolio spans a wide range of developments, including retail parks, healthcare facilities, ultra-high-end residential properties, aviation hubs, and large-scale commercial conversions.
Dan’s diverse experience reflects his ability to adapt to the unique challenges of each project while maintaining a consistent focus on quality and client satisfaction.
FCCA MBA - Finance Manager
Penelope Walters is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Management Consultancy for small businesses capitalising on the wealth of experience of its consultants in commerce and industry. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants. Penelope provides comprehensive support that simplifies administrative processes for efficient operations of the company.
In her capacity as our expert financial consultant, Penelope manages all internal bookkeeping, tax, and accounting functions. She brings a wealth of leadership experience to this role from her position as Director and Principal Accountant at Trimantic Accountants.
